If you start with 18 grams of coffee, and the weight of your shot is 18 grams, that’s a 1:1 ratio
Ristretto: 1:1 - 1:1.5 Espresso: 1:1.5 - 1:2.5 Lungo: 1:2.5 - 1:4+

Should pull shot in 25-30 seconds
