- 2oz Tanqueray Dry Gin
- 0.5oz Campari
- 0.5oz St. Germain
- 0.75oz lemon juice
- 0.5oz simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Dash of angostura bitters
Dry shake, shake with ice and strain into a champagne coupe. Garnish with angostura bitters or lemon twist (both optional)
