Chilli Pineapple Marg¶
- bars spoon agave
- 1oz pineapple juice
- .5oz lime juice
- .5oz Cointreau
- 1.5oz Tequila Reposado
- .5oz Mezcal
- pinch of salt
- 4-6 dashes smoked chili bitters
Smoked Chilli Variation¶
1.5 oz Montelobos Mezcal 1 oz pineapple juice .5 oz lime juice 4 dashes Smoked Chili bitters
Shake all ingredients and strain into Coupe glass with Tajin rim, garnish with pineapple
