Tips
- Start juicing 3 hours before your party
- Chill sealed container 1-2 hours before party
- Use block ice
- Can use cake-molds
- Slices of citrus, edible flowers, and herbs
- Take any cocktail and multiple by number of people
- Exclude carbonated parts & bitters (combine at serving time)
- 1 to 1½ (2 to 2½ per guest)
- You should always buy more citrus than you think you need
Citrus Calculus
- 1 lime = 1 ounce juice
- 1 lemon = 1 1/2 ounces juice
- 1 orange = 3 ounces juice
- 1 grapefruit = 8 ounces juice
- 1 pineapple = 16 ounces juice
- 1 (750 ml) bottle = 25 ounces juice
- 1 (Liter) bottle = 33 ounces juice
Hondo Hattie’s Jungle Punch
- 1 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce SC Honey Syrup
- 1/4 ounce blue curacao
- 1/4 ounce tawny port
- 1/2 ounce John D. Tyalor’s Velvet Falerum
- 1/4 ounce natural pear liqueur (such as Mathilde Poire)
- 2 ounces blended aged rum
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
