Mai Tai¶
Version 1¶

- 2 oz Jamaican aged rum (I used a mix of 1 1/4 oz Denizen Merchant Reserve, 3/4 oz Smith and Cross)
- 1/2 oz Dry Curacao (Pierre Ferrand)
- 1/2 oz Orgeat (Small Hands)
- 1/4 oz Demerara Simple Syrup 2:1(this can be omitted or reduced to 1 tsp; I added it because I like my sours a little sweeter)
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
