Queens Park Swizzle¶

- 4 mint leaves
- ½oz fresh lime juice
- ½oz SC demerara syrup
- 2oz black blended rum (#5)
- 2 dashes agastora
Note: if using larger (not crushed ice), top with a little seltzer for added delusion
- Muddle mint, syrup, and lime in Collins glass
- Add rum and bitters
- Add ice 3/4 way up glass and stir
- Top with additional ice
