Queens Park Swizzle

  • 4 mint leaves
  • ½oz fresh lime juice
  • ½oz SC demerara syrup
  • 2oz black blended rum (#5)
  • 2 dashes agastora

Note: if using larger (not crushed ice), top with a little seltzer for added delusion

  1. Muddle mint, syrup, and lime in Collins glass
  2. Add rum and bitters
  3. Add ice 3/4 way up glass and stir
  4. Top with additional ice
