Riptide

  • 1 oz Lime juice
  • 0.25 oz Passion fruit syrup
  • 0.5 oz Ginger syrup
  • 0.25 oz Falernum
  • 1 oz Aged Jamaican rum (Coruba)
  • 1 oz Coconut rum (Koloa)

  • Build ingredients in shaker.

  • Shake with crushed ice, strain into a double old-fashioned glass.
  • Fill with fresh crushed ice.
  • Garnish with a dusting of Chinese five-spice powder, a lime wheel, and a sprig of mint.
