Gold leaf punch

Makes 12 drinks.
- 16 ounces Laird’s Applejack
- 8 ounces maple syrup
- 6 ounces lemon juice
- 20 ounces apple cider
- 3 dashes Fee Brothers bitters
- 1 750-milliliter bottle of Champagne or other dry sparkling white wine
- 1/2 apple, quartered and sliced thinly on a mandoline.
Mix ingredients together in a punch bowl. Serve over crushed ice.
