Rosemary Gimlet

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
  • 3/4 oz rosemary syrup

Directions

  1. Shake ingredients with ice
  2. strain into chilled coupe
  3. garnish with rosemary sprig

Rosemary Syrup

Ingredients

  • 125ml water
  • 100g sugar
  • 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves.

Directions

  1. Heat ingredients until hot & sugar dissolved
  2. cool, strain into jar
  3. refrigerate.
