Rosemary Gimlet¶

Ingredients¶
- 2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz rosemary syrup
Directions¶
- Shake ingredients with ice
- strain into chilled coupe
- garnish with rosemary sprig
Rosemary Syrup¶
Ingredients¶
- 125ml water
- 100g sugar
- 2 Tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves.
Directions¶
- Heat ingredients until hot & sugar dissolved
- cool, strain into jar
- refrigerate.
