Tart and herbaceous

• 3 parts Bombay Sapphire
• 2 parts elderflower liqueur (St. Germain)
• 2 part cranberry syrup
• 1 part lemon juice
• Orange bitters
• Egg white
• Rosemary sprig garnish

Shake the first 5 ingredients with ice. Strain and remove ice. Shake the chilled ingredients with the egg white to create foam. Garnish with rosemary and/or speared cranberries.
