Peanut Butter Patty¶
Fat wash
- 16oz unsalted creamy peanut butter (spread in baking dish)
- 1 750ml bottle of bourbon
- Seal and store in fridge for 24-72 hours
- Strain through coffee filter

- Rocks glass w/ ice cube
- 2oz peanut butter bourbon
- 1 dash ango bitters
- 1 dash chocolate bitters
- 1 barspoon creme de cacao
garnish w/ 1/2 of girl scout cookie
