Fat wash

  • 16oz unsalted creamy peanut butter (spread in baking dish)
  • 1 750ml bottle of bourbon
  • Seal and store in fridge for 24-72 hours
  • Strain through coffee filter

  • Rocks glass w/ ice cube
  • 2oz peanut butter bourbon
  • 1 dash ango bitters
  • 1 dash chocolate bitters
  • 1 barspoon creme de cacao

garnish w/ 1/2 of girl scout cookie
