- (optional) Add sausage or other protein
- (optional) Roast peppers or other veggies
- (optional) Pico De Gallo
- Roma Tomatoes, diced
- Red or White Onion, diced
- Jalapeno or Serrano Pepper, diced
- Cilantro, roughly chopped
- Lime, juiced
