Baked cod with lemon and garlic
Baked Cod w/ Lemon & Garlic¶

The cod is lightly coated with a spiced flour mixture with coriander, paprika, and cumin. Quickly seared, then baked with lemon juice, Greek olive oil, and lots of minced garlic.
Oil Mixture¶
- 5 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 5 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Butter
Flour Mixture¶
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flower
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- ⅓ tsp spanish paprika
- ⅓ tsp cumin
- ⅓ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
Steps¶
- Preheat oven to 400
- Dip on oil mixture
- Dredge in flower
- Pan Fry (cast iron?)
- Add garlic to oil mixture, pour over top of fish (in pan)
- Put pan in oven
- Top with fresh parsley
