Herb Crusted Halibut

  • ¾ panko breadcrumbs
  • ⅓ fresh chopped parsley
  • ¼ chopped fresh dill (can omit)
  • EVOO
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
  • 4 halibut fillets

  1. Oven 400 degrees
  2. Line baking sheet with foil
  3. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, EVOO, lemon zest, sea salt, and paper into a bowl
  4. Add crumb mixture to fillet
  5. Bake until topping is lightly browned (10-15 minutes)
  6. Can hit with broiler at the end for a little extra browning
