Herb crusted halibut
Herb Crusted Halibut¶
- ¾ panko breadcrumbs
- ⅓ fresh chopped parsley
- ¼ chopped fresh dill (can omit)
- EVOO
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon ground pepper
- 4 halibut fillets
- Oven 400 degrees
- Line baking sheet with foil
- Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, dill, EVOO, lemon zest, sea salt, and paper into a bowl
- Add crumb mixture to fillet
- Bake until topping is lightly browned (10-15 minutes)
- Can hit with broiler at the end for a little extra browning
