How to reduce bad flavor
- Marinade can help cut through the fishy taste
- Marinade Base: ginger, wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar
- Other Marinade options: vinegar, lemon, lemongrass, chili peppers, shallots, garlic
- Buy higher-quality brands, the fish will have better taste
- Drain oil which can also have a fishy taste
- Mashed into half of an avocado with a squeeze of fresh lemon
- Make “tuna salad” with mayo, mustard, and pickles
- Mix with chopped red onion and olives
