Chicken Teriyaki Stir fry¶
Sauce¶
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon cornstarch
Can add a little more garlic, or brown sugar, ect. Amounts not super important, just general idea
Veggie ideas¶
- leaks
- broccoli?
- spinach
Cooking¶
- Cook meat, remove
- Cook down veggies w/ a little water (or stock) until liquid has evaporated
- Add Teriyaki sauce
