Ingredients

  • 1kg (2.2lbs) - Lean Ground Beef
  • 2 - Whole Eggs
  • 1/2 Cup (50g) - Panko Bread crumbs
  • 3 Tbsp (60g) - Ketchup
  • 1 1/2 tsp (4g) - Garlic Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp (4g) - Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp (1g) - Dried Oregano
  • 1 tsp (1g) - Dried Thyme
  • Seasoning To Taste
  • Spring Onions (Scallions), Garnish

Honey Sriracha Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup (120g) - Sriracha Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp (60ml) - Reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (30ml) - Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp (50g) - Honey
  • 15g (0.5oz) - Fresh Ginger, Grated
  • 4 - Garlic Cloves, Grated

Directions

  1. Cook meatballs in pan
  2. Remove meatballs, add sauce, reduce
  3. Add back and coat meatballs in sauce
