Sauce¶
- 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1 Garlic Clove
- 1 small red chili
- 1 Juice from 1 lime
- ½ tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- small chunk of ginger
- 3 tbsp water
Veggie Noodles¶
- Bundle Noodles
- 1 Medium carrot
- 1 Large Bell Pepper
- 1 Small Zucchini
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- ½ red onion
- handful of chopped parsley
- 20g peanuts
- ½ tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small red chilli
